Shipping and Returns
In stock items usually ship in two to three days. Pieces made to order ship in approximately 2-3 weeks. If you are in great hurry, please contact us and we will do our best to expedite your order. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once you place an order.
SHIPPING, DOMESTIC U.S.
We offer free shipping within the contiguous (lower 48) states. In general we ship using UPS 2-Day and require a signature for delivery. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please indicate a valid street address where someone will be available to sign for your package. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $35 for UPS 2-Day.
Please contact us for international shipping rates. In general we ship internationally using Fedex. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
Our insurance covers your parcel while in transit; however, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We ask our carrier to require a signature for all items. Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.
RETURN POLICY (U.S. DOMESTIC ONLY)
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns on most items (unless it is identified as a final sale item) within 14 days of receipt. Please email us with your order number and reason for return at email@example.com for detailed return instructions. Please allow 4-7 days for us to process your return.
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and condition.
After 14 days, all sales are final.
Please note that all return shipping costs back to us are your responsibility, unless the item is damaged.
We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx in a box, not an envelope. We are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us.
We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
REPAIRS AND RESIZING
We can only accept repairs or resizing on items bought directly from Marian Maurer. We offer one complimentary ring resizing within one year of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for shipping cost of repair/resize items back to us.
